On April 12-21, 2011, upon the invitation of the ministries of health of Seychelles and Kuwait, Shao Mingli, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Health and Commissioner of the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) of China, headed a delegation to visit these two countries to investigate their health care system, visit and extend regards to Chinese foreign aid medical teams and have exchanges on promoting cooperation in the field of drugs and medical devices.
