Pursuant to theOpinions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Review & Approval System to Encourage Innovation in Drugs and Medical Devices(General Office [2017] No. 42), to orderly promote the electronic application of medical device registration, on July 10, 2019, NMPA issued theAnnouncement on the Requirements for Relevant Electronic Application Dossiers of Medical Devices, to regulate the submission of relevant dossiers.
